Them shorts

Granger & Co

Planning on spending the day in Westbourne Grove and Notting Hill, I decided Granger & Co was the perfect spot to bring mum for brunch. It’s airy, light-filled and very busy. On this sunny morning it was overly stacked with people, but we got lucky and squeezed in on a table. Two Americano’s to kill her jetlag and my usual morning sleepynessI’m not the only enthusiastic photobug in the familyMy order of choice was the crisp and golden sweetcorn fritters, served with bacon, spinach and roasted tomato. Very good!  In our world, there’s always room for tea… …and something sweet   If you’re in the area you should pop in! If you’re not… it’s well worth travelling for a little visit! Many of the restaurants and cafés in the area serve really great organic food (for caffeine and sugar refill we stopped by Daylesford Organic) and Westbourne Grove is full of charming and exclusive boutiques much cosier than touristy Portobello Road :-)

Black and gold

I’m loving the most recent addition to my shoe department, western inspired boots from Asos! Black and gold is always a winner in my book. Perfect now, but they’ll be even more perfect paired with cute summer dresses! You can find them here (and now they’re even on sale, typical!)
